I’m spending the morning prepping for next week’s (way too short) session with the string quartet, while listening to Owen Pallett. Good combo.

I’ve started on the arrangements for the 8-10 musicians that I’m recording with the next month or so. It’s a bit of a transition to go from playing and recording to nitpicking and figuring out each note and little detail so that it’ll come across just right.
